The crew have explored Portugal's most south western point extensively to find the best waves on offer for what ever level you are. Daily we cruise the breathtaking south and west coastlines in 4WDs searching for the best conditions to suit your level of surfing ability.

We cater for all standards of surfer; we provide FREE daily lessons for those who wish. If you are a beginner or a ripper we will take you to the best waves to suit your standard and help you out.

" SEPTEMBER and I have endless glassy perfection NO JOKE!! "

Oh sweet good God!!! The banks just keep firing, whatever swell direction, whatever size it just keeps rockin' !!! Everyone's happy with simultaneous lessons and intermediate snizzle goin' on like one beautiful lovestory!! ...and it's stinking hot!!

What is it with these Irish long termers?? Eddie Battle passed the baton to Joyce of Arc who duely took on the mantle of re-arranging the letters F U N to C H A O S!! well, I'm guessing fun was still in there somewhere. We got the photgraphic evidence!! She was also the brownest Irish person in the world...makes cakes apparently!!...and now bloody Eddie Battle has just shown up again!!! Arrgghhhhhhh.

Did I tell you we had Sushi as a starter at the last BBQ proper D&G stylee. They're totally killing it!!! Chicken Shop is smashing it, Mixed Fish Grill seems to have fresh swordfish on tap at the moment, nextdoor's Cataplana ( prawns, clams, pork, spicy sausage, smoked ham, herbs and sauce) oohhhhhhhh aahhhhhhh. I just ate and I'm ready to go again!!

We had Brett staying who is half Thai half Scottish (!!) , we reckon if we can find a lass who's half Tasmanian half Ugandan we got most bases covered to make the ultimate one world love child!!! Who else ~ More Swedes, More Danskas, More Irish, Aussie Cricket internationals, More English that love the tent work, Alanis morrisette, Pritti n Pink, More Ozzies, More Kiwis, Afgan special Operatives, More guys, More girls....and some bloody students!!!

Our lovely Daniela who won the Ratty contest is here to recieve the goods which means we're about to launch the next CONTEST to give out more bruises for nout!!!

So September is GONE, FULL, CHOCKA and so is NewYEAR'S so don't try askin' cos we hate saying no. October is nearly full with almost all repeat offenders, it's like time stands still sometimes ~ Groundhog!! November has spaces but the obvious beauty spot is Xmas were Marko at Aribale will be layin' out the full 5 course Dinner after a days surfing in the name of ' im upstairs...it's bloody endless here ain't it!!!

Wine tasting nights with Tapas is coming soon as autumn comes upon us proper...

..in the meantime we gotta go for a surf....

COMPETITION RESULTS

We waded through the metaphorical mailbag of responses to the Ratty comp, and came up with our winners. If you didn’t get picked, thanks very much for your mails anyway, Ratty would have enjoyed them all. We got heaps of great pix and funny recollections of his antics, rangeing from his lust after huge female dogs, love of singing to smooth rocks, ability to disappear from conflicts at light speed, and his ability as a “furry little sat nav”.

It´s all happening here in the surfing epi-center of surfing, the Lagos surf house! We have had an incredible year so far. Great waves, Sunny and warm! Never has the food been better, the wine and beer tasted as good!

It is amazing what can happen to you! The change in some of our surfers is astounding!
A week or two with us can literally shape your life. We've seen stickmen become like Zeus himself, the average turn into Amazonion beauties, the stressed out wind down into chilled out Rastas.
